What Is THC?

Will CBD work for me?

Everyone responds to CBD differently. If you don’t notice any benefits, it might be that your body just isn’t prone to respond to CBD. You can confidently incorporate CBD into your routine without worrying about any negative impacts. Additionally if the amount of CBD you’re using is too low or too infrequent to build up a supportive effect in your body, you may not see your desired effects initially.

How much and how often should I take CBD?

If you're considering incorporating CBD into your wellness routine, it's important to understand the dosage and understand how different doses might affect you and your body. Before trying any new health-related product, you should do your research and speak to your doctor to discuss your individual risk. It's best to start with a smaller dosage and gradually increase it. For the most consistent and long-lasting results, use CBD regularly by incorporating it into your daily routine.
